    The issue I am having is that I also open a Gmail account inside Outlook and would like to AUTOMATICALLY sync that calendar with the primary calendar. Automatically then, when you add your account to Outlook for Mac, it's showing the calendar, but it remains read only and nothing will sync back to it.     I believe that even on the webpage, the calendar is read-only and you can't add anything The trick you are using is nice, but the is not actually "syncing" the iCloud calendar, it's merely reading it and showing you it's content. The iCloud account can only be added in Outlook as IMAP and that doesn't allow calendar and address book syncing.Īpple uses WebDAV for the calendar (and CardDAV for the address book) and the protocol is not supported (despite a long long LONG history of user requests ever since Entourage started supporting Exchange).
